Behavioral Coherence, Trust Asymmetry, and Emergent Behavior in Agent Identity Subjects

This comment responds to the W3C DID v1.1 Candidate Recommendation, considering what it means for a decentralized identifier to have an agent as its subject.

Credentials can remain cryptographically valid while the behavior, model, context or purpose behind the identity has materially changed. The submission introduces behavioral coherence as the property that identity alone cannot carry, and describes trust asymmetry and emergent behavior as lifecycle concerns for agent identity subjects.
