When you contact OTIS Labs through this site, we receive the name, email, organization, role and any workflow context you submit. We do not collect information beyond what you provide.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are transmitted to internal OTIS Labs communications and reviewed manually. We do not sell or share submitted information with third parties.
Retention
We retain inquiry data for as long as it is relevant to an active or prospective research collaboration, then remove it on request or as part of periodic housekeeping.
Email marketing
OTIS Labs does not operate a general marketing list. Any research newsletter, if launched, will require explicit opt-in.
Analytics and bot protection
The site uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics and standard bot-protection measures to prevent form abuse. No tracking cookies are used for advertising.
